Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum crack your world wide open in the most beautiful and confronting ways. You’d never have guessed it was possible to feel overwhelming love while also ugly-crying because you miss your old life.

This is where I show up with gentle guidance and a healthy dose of pragmatism to help you embrace this wild new adventure.

As a mum with two grown-up kids and one in primary school, I've come out the other side, and not just survived, but (mostly) thrived. I bring my experience, soothing manner, and non-judgmental approach to your birth and fourth trimester.

I listen to the good and the bad, encourage you to trust your intuition (yes, unfollow those perfect parent accounts), and take care of you like you’re the VIP of your own home.

Being your birth or postpartum doula is both a professional and personal relationship, which means we have to gel for it to truly work.

So a bit about me…

I've had careers that span marketing, counselling, and business writing, so I've worked in corporate land and with some of society's most vulnerable people. I try hard to put good into the world because I want to leave it a better place than when I arrived (currently losing that battle).

I believe solving a problem starts with a cup of tea (tell me you’re English without telling me you're English), I believe there's no one right way to birth or parent, and I believe women are flipping amazing and deserve way more credit and reverence than they get.
