Postpartum Doula Sydney
Reassurance & care for new mums.

Part of your fourth trimester plan

You've just done what you thought was the hardest part—and then postpartum hits and you realise it's a whole new game. Why didn’t anybody mention it’s just as important as pregnancy and birth?!

As you adjust to motherhood the first, or fourth time around, I support you to heal, recover, and feel like you aren’t alone during your sleep-deprived, nappy-changing haze.

Postpartum Doula Sydney - In-home visits

Our postnatal visits are tailored to your wants and needs. Perhaps it’s a birth debrief to make sense of the wild ride you’ve just been through. I can help with common feeding or settling issues and reassure you that no, you aren’t going mad. It just feels that way. I might be on baby-duty, so you can have a shower and feel human again, or rub your shoulders while you feed. Whatever it looks like, by the end, I want you to feel seen, heard, and rested, so you can go through your day or week feeling like someone’s got your back.

There for you

Postpartum doula support is often most valuable a few weeks after your baby's arrival. When your partner returns to work, and the visitors stop coming, it can feel like you’re the only one left at the party. Having a trusted person who is focused on making you feel supported, comfortable, and secure in your own abilities can make all the difference to your recovery and transition into motherhood.
